Terms and Conditions for Budii.me
1. Introduction
Welcome to Budii.me. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Budii.me application and its related services, designed to support mental health and wellbeing in a safe, secure environment.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
Budii.me is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience. We do not collect, store, or process personal data from users under the age of 18. Any data collected from adult users is strictly for the functionality of the application and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to interact with Budii.me in a respectful and lawful manner. It is the responsibility of each user to maintain the confidentiality of their account information and to use Budii.me in a way that does not disrupt the service for others.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided within Budii.me, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Budii.me or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Budii.me is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Budii.me will not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from your use of the application.
6. Changes and Availability
Budii.me reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice.
7. Termination and Suspension
Budii.me may terminate or suspend your access to the app without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
8. Subscription Terms
– Subscription Management: All subscriptions to Budii.me are managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
– Subscription Options: Budii.me offers two subscription plans:
– Monthly Subscription: Users can subscribe on a month-to-month basis, with payments managed through the app stores.
– Yearly Subscription: Users can opt for an annual subscription at a discounted rate, with payments managed through the app stores.
– Renewal:
– Monthly Subscription: The monthly subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled through the app store at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
– Yearly Subscription: The yearly subscription will automatically renew annually at the discounted rate unless cancelled through the app store at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
– Payment Terms: All payments, including renewals, are processed through the respective app store, according to its payment terms.
– Discounts: From time to time, Budii.me may offer discounts or promotional offers. These offers will be managed through the app stores and must be applied at the time of subscription. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied after the payment has been processed.
9. Additional Terms
– Support and Training: Budii.me provides initial training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the application.
10. Beta Products
Beta products are in the testing phase and are used to improve the Budii.me system. Budii.me does not take responsibility for the output or performance of Beta products. Users acknowledge that these products are experimental and may not perform as intended.
11. Responsibility and Liability Disclaimer
Budii.me’s moderation system is designed to flag potential issues and report them to the designated user or administrator. It is the user’s responsibility to take appropriate action based on these notifications. Budii.me shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from failure to act upon or address flagged issues.
12. Responsibility for Contact Information
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information within the Budii.me system is accurate and up to date. Budii.me shall not be liable for any communication issues resulting from outdated or incorrect contact information provided by the user.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
